How It Works?
Make a Booking and get a Quote for your repairs.
To get the process started, simply click on the Service and Repairs Tab. Complete the Booking form. We'll send you a quote.
We come to you or you send your Machine to us.
Upon acceptance of your quote, we'll schedule a date and time slot for us coming to you or to arrange collection of your machine.
Repairs are done within a few hours.
Repairs are usually done within a few hours, if we come to you we'll ensure to test the machine before we leave. If you send us your machine, we'll ensure to test it before it leaves our workshop.

FAQ
How long does your repairs take?
Services and Repairs are usually done within 2-4 hours depending on the seriousness of the problem. In rare occasions it will take longer depending on how many parts we replacing.
What happens if the problem reoccurs are repair?
We'll first asses the issue to check if the problem is originating from the same place, if so and under warranty we will assist you with repairs. If the repairs fall under a different part or area we'll send you a quote for the repair.
What machines do you repair and service?
We service all Domestic (Home) and Industrial Machines including but not limited to: Lockstitch, Overlockers\Sergers, Long Arms, Multi Needles Embroidery Machines.
How long is your warranty on your service and repairs?
All our service and repairs will have a 1 month warranty. This excludes parts if replaced as wear and tear is not included in the warranty. We handle this case to case depending on the problem.
How does the Collection and Delivery work?
You can send your machine to us or we can arrange collection with the courier company. Please take note if you use this service we suggest to opt in for Insurance Cover in the event of Loss or Damage of your Machine during Transit. The Courier Fee will be quoted when request. The average cost for Collection and Delivery will be R1000 within Gauteng, R1500 to other areas.
Can I come to you?
Yes you ca, we are located at 2134 Blackseed Center Shop 10, Embalenhle, 2285. Mpumalanga.
How does Payment work?
We require a Deposit of 50% paid prior to us coming to you. The balance is Paid after the Job is complete and before we leave the site. The same will apply to machines that are sent to us.
Do you offer Installation and Training?
Yes we do, even if you have not purchased your machine from us. We offer Service, Repairs, Installation, Setup and Training.
